KSIQ-FM is showing a pulse — finally. The station at 96.1 FM was heard Monday night — although not at 100 percent. In late October, the station’s T1 line between the main transmitter and Mount San Miguel failed. The station was operating on a permit to be silent as the telco transmission was worked out.
