Tomorrow, Interstate 15 (I-15) Express Lanes will be closed for nine consecutive days from State Route 56 (SR 56) to State Route 163 (SR 163). Motorists are encouraged to avoid peak commuting hours or adjust their schedules as traffic congestion is expected on I-15 during weekday commuting hours from Monday, June 20, through Friday, June 24.
On the I-5 side is the world famous San Diego Fair which means double the trouble during the summer commute.
