August PPM numbers are out and Star 94.1 locks in the top spot with 5.8 percent of the audience. Second is country giant KSON-FM with a 5.6. Channel 933 is third with a 5.3. Soft Rock KyXy checks in at fourth, and smooth KiFM at fifth.
News talker KOGO is ninth. KFI-AM, based in Los Angeles garners more than KFMB-AM. Tiny, yet making a dent in the ratings is KSIQ-FM at 96.1. Once the station’s transmitter issue were solved – after nearly a year – the station’s survey has been increasing the last three months. KLVJ-FM from Julian garners 1.2 percent of the audience. The station broadcasts Christian contemporary hits from the K-Love network.
Streaming wise, it is about the music withFM 94/9, KyXy, KFI-AM, Star 94.1, and Z90 showing up in the ratings. On line streaming is included in the PPM services.
