Job Description:
Specific duties include, but are not restricted to, the following:
Events: The Promotions Assistant attends various events in the following capacities: Drive the company vehicle to and from events, assisting with set up and tear down of station appearances, working as a liaison between on air personalities and listeners and clients and the station(s), marketing the station brands, and the complete execution of events.
Social Media/Web: The Promotions Assistant is responsible for the upkeep of station(s) social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter by posting event details before and after they take place, as well as recaps at the conclusion of an event. The Promotions Assistant is also responsible for updating the photo gallery on station(s) websites with pictures and/or videos of the event.
