Last week, San Diego’s own Shotgun Tom Kelly did his afternoon show on KEARTH from North County. The host entertained the crowd for the four hour ride home.
Also there on 11/11/11 was Dave Mason. You’ve seen him as the Valley View spokesman, and also part of the Big Draw event. Dave is heard mid-days at Walrus FM.

Post Script from my recent trip to the High Plains: In Eastern New Mexico as I was taking U.S. Highway 56 to Clayton, I did a little DXing at night. To my surprise, I captured WHO radio from Des Moines, Iowa, four states away — and was listening to it in HDRadio.
That was perfect as it was game six of the World Series where St. Louis made one of the greatest comebacks — twice — and forced a game winning seven.
